The sizes of the funnel’s top and bottom openings are directly related to two factors 1) digital presence and 2) marketing activity level. Quality presence with insufficient marketing equals a small funnel top and a less sloped funnel bottom (i.e. a gorgeous website with zero traffic….which is wasted potential). Marketing with insufficient presence equals a big funnel opening and a tiny spout at the bottom (i.e. is a waste of marketing dollars).
